During regular business hours, come into the front door and check in with the receptionist. They will give Dr. Jamie Jakes a call and he will come out to bring you back into the office. You do not need to know the suite number (45). You simply have to ask for Dr. Jamie Jakes or EZO Chiropractic. While you wait, feel free to help yourself to the complimentary coffee that is in the waiting room.
During non business hours, park next to the black Camaro in the lot, text 972-836-8065 and tell Dr. Jakes you are here. He will meet you in the side/back door and bring you into the office. You may wait outside or in your car. Keep in mind Dr. Jamie Jakes may be with another patient. Please allow for up to 10 minutes to hear back from the Dr.
